That is what I stand for with my name

My life began in Gelsenkirchen-Schalke – so, I am a true Schalker. After my schooling, I completed my training as a business administrator in a leather factory. I then worked in various metalworking companies. That allowed me to gain experience and to continually develop efficient processes of my own. When my employer let a licensed production operation come to an end, I took my chance, set up my own business, and founded BAUER GmbH in 1966. That gave me the opportunity to realise my own ideas.

Apart from my company, my family is the most important thing to me.
