WHAT IS AN INTERNAL REPORTING OFFICE?

The internal reporting office (in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG)) handles the confidential communication of grievances and breaches of laws and regulations within the company. The overriding aim is to prevent damage to employees, customers, business partners and the company.

In addition to the internal channels, employees of BAUER GmbH as well as business partners such as sales partners, customers or suppliers can also contact an external ombudsperson in confidence (anonymously if desired) with information.
