We guarantee quality and precision thanks to our state-of-the-art CNC-controlled machinery and decades of specialised expertise. Our production includes advanced technologies such as laser cutting systems, fully automatic punching and laser machines, along with various folding benches and the addition of swivelling bending machines.
For many decades, BAUER has relied on the use of robotic welding systems to ensure consistent high quality for its series products. Collaborative welding robots, known as cobots, are now also being used for small series.
Our production process at BAUER begins long before the first piece of metal is machined – to a degree, it starts with a hand-drawn sketch. Using advanced 3D modelling technology, we design and simulate every detail of our products to ensure precision and functionality. This digital design is then turned into reality in our state-of-the-art machinery. We supply many products with a customised finish.
